The vessel is made of aluminum with overall length of 32.5 meters, width of 11.6 meters and depth of 5.3 meters, whose design speed is not less than 20 knots. It is a dual-mode high-speed SWATH catamaran with both speediness and seakeeping, and it will be served in the coastal waters of Jiangsu.

In addition to the advantages of SWATH itself and the advantage in which the dual-mode can swith unrestrictedly for various application scenes, with the wterjet as main propulsion, and with the single-handle vector control system, bow-thruster, convex point design in the bow as support, the vessel effectively improves the success rate and efficiency in operation and maintenance of wind tower, greatly broadening theoperation and maintenanceperiod.
