Recently, the three aluminum marine cleaning vessels "SEA CLEANER 4", "SEA CLEANER 5" and "SEA CLEANER 6" constructed by Aulong for the Hong Kong government were successfully delivered. The delivery ceremony was grandly held at the government shipyard of the Hong Kong Maritime Department.
Mr. Yu Jianzhong, the General Manager of the Government Dockyard of the Hong Kong Maritime Department, Mr. Sun Youjin, the General Manager of the Maritime Services Department, Mr. Deng Weijie, the Senior Environmental Protection Officer (Water Quality Management) of the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department, Mr. Han Lingfeng, the General Manager of the Hong Kong Branch of BV Classification Society, Mr. Wang Haohan, the General Manager of the Guangzhou Branch of China Classification Society Industrial Co., Ltd., and Mr. Shen Hui, the General Manager of Aulong, among other guests, jointly attended the ceremony and witnessed this significant moment.
This series of sea cleaners are made of aluminum structure and are classed by BV Classification Society. They have a total length of 26.1 meters and can efficiently perform environmental protection tasks such as marine garbage cleaning and oil spill treatment. The entire ship adheres to the concept of "efficiency, multi-functionality, and environmental friendliness", adopting an innovative double bow single hull design, equipped with an advanced hybrid power propulsion system, and can independently use lithium battery packs as power sources to achieve low energy consumption and zero emissions.
In the future, these vessels will be officially put into operation in Hong Kong waters, helping to enhance the marine environmental protection governance capabilities and injecting new connotations into the regional "technology protection of the sea". The successful delivery of these three vessels not only demonstrates the advanced technology and meticulous craftsmanship of Aulong in the manufacturing of high-performance ships and special work vessels, but also provides a reliable guarantee for the environmental protection of Hong Kong waters.
